MAD Booking System

Equipment reservation and management

MAD's booking system is used to manage the reservation and signing out of equipment in a help desk/service desk environment.

Equipment can be tagged for easy categorization.

The table view provides an at-a-glance view of what equipment is currently available, and the calendar view makes it easy to see when equipment is available and when it is not. Both views can be filtered down using tags on equipment.

The system provides management of users including blacklisting.

An optional self-serve function can also be enabled which lets authorized users request equipment themselves, without the need to visit a help desk. Administrators have the option of rejecting or approving the reservations.
