The solution to digital displays
Scinage is our solution for a free, easy-to-use digital signage experience.
We developed it to compete with paid digital signage solutions, and provide a platform where users could always display exactly what they want on their screens without worrying about bills or mandatory content.

No account lock-out
Scinage can be used on-campus by anybody with a UW id -- this means students, staff, and faculty can get started without any sign-up process -- just log in with your existing credentials and get started!
Easy-to-use interface
Scinage is easy enough to use without any official training! Simply log in and start playing around to get the hang of it!

App-style widgets
Widgets in scinage can be built by anybody with a little bit of html and javascript know-how! These widgets can be made publically available for anybody to use and subsequently ranked, favorited, or reviewed by other users.
To keep it easy for newer users, we also keep a list of staff-build official widgets at hand for most use-cases!
Support
As a campus-wide tool, Scinage is supported by FAST members to ensure no single point of failure. In the event that the primary maintainers or group is unable to provide service, contact a FAST representative to determine a backup support protocol.
