SCION: [SCI]ence [ON]line Testing Platform

SCION is our platform for running distributed online highschool exams such as the Sir Isaac Newton and Avogadro competitions.

The tool is designed to have each participating school assign a proctor who is responsible for logging in and running the exam for their students.

This is a Science-only project, but the code is available for re-use
